Typical operational uses

• review retained archive volume for one tenant
• download archive sets for audit or offline investigation
• remove no-longer-needed archive files from the monitoring side

Common failure patterns

• archive rows exist, but files are missing or already marked deleted
• archive expectations are confused with message payload retention
• statistics look inconsistent because file lifecycle and summary reads are separate calls
